Location Data (Driver Tracking and Navigation):
Precise and Coarse Location: The Application collects data about your device’s location, including precise (GPS) and coarse (network-based) location.
Background Location Access: Because this is a driver application, we collect location data even when the app is closed or not in use. This is necessary to enable features such as:
Real-time ride tracking for customers and dispatchers.
Calculating accurate trip distances and fares.
Locating nearby job requests efficiently.
By using the Application, you grant us permission to access this location data in the background to ensure the core service of the app functions correctly.
Microphone and Audio:
The Application requests access to your device's microphone (
RECORD_AUDIO). This is used for [in-app voice communication, voice commands, or verification]. We do not record audio when the app is not in use.
Files and Storage:
The Application requests access to your device's external storage (
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE,WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE). This is required to allow you to upload documents, profile photos, or save trip receipts and logs related to your driver profile.
Activity Recognition:
The Application uses
ACTIVITY_RECOGNITIONpermission to detect your movement state (e.g., driving vs. walking). This helps us optimize battery usage and update your status automatically.
Device and Technical Information:
Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address).
The operating system you use on your mobile device.
Device ID and hardware information.
Personal Information For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to name, email, IP address, device ID, and phone number. The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.
Third-Party Access Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. Information Security The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve their Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
Data Retention Policy The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at nexgenappdev@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.
Children’s Privacy These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers.
